A Family Home Above the Sea
Founded in 1996 by Ruhi Özman, Ruhi Palace — known locally as Ada Apart — occupies one of the most extraordinary positions in all of Amasra: perched directly on the ancient city walls of Kaleiçi, the historic island peninsula, with the Black Sea stretching endlessly below.
Today, lovingly run by Ruhi's family, this is not a hotel — it is a single, spacious apartment offered to those who seek something genuine. History in the stones beneath your feet. Silence in the evenings. A view that changes with every hour of light.

About Us
A Story Rooted in Amasra
Ruhi Palas is an Ada Apart & Kuşkayası Souvenir company. It was founded in 1996 by Ruhi Özman (1956–2021) — a man who believed that the most beautiful place to live was right here, above the sea, inside the ancient walls of Amasra's historic island.
After his passing, his family took over with the same warmth and love for this place. Every guest who walks through our door is welcomed not as a customer, but as a friend stepping into a home that has been cherished for nearly three decades.
